Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Stop automatic renewal
Use Manage Subscription in your account to open Stripe’s subscription controls. Cancelling renewal stops the next charge and keeps access through the period already paid for. It does not itself request a refund or withdraw from the initial contract. If you cannot sign in, contact support@sourceweave.app and we can help stop renewal.
2. Withdraw from your initial purchase
Consumers can notify us that they withdraw within 14 days after the day of their first subscription purchase and receive a full refund, including after requesting immediate access or using the software. No reason is required. This promise applies to our consumer customers wherever they live and is additional to mandatory rights. Choose Withdraw from subscription in your account, review the notice, then choose Confirm withdrawal. You can also send any clear statement by email or post. The time you send your notice determines whether it is in time, not the date we review it. We do not require you to waive this refund promise to start using Sourceweave.
3. Acknowledgement and repayment
We acknowledge online withdrawal notices with a dated, downloadable receipt and send an email copy. We will reimburse a valid withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method without a refund fee. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. The initial contract ends on withdrawal; administrative processing or temporary technical access does not extend it or cause another renewal obligation. We will check only the details needed to identify the purchase and apply your rights; a valid statutory withdrawal is not a discretionary approval.
4. Other refunds and faults
You may report a fault or request another remedy even after renewal cancellation, account suspension or an earlier refund. Tell us the payment date or invoice reference if available. A repair, repeat performance, price reduction or partial refund may be appropriate without ending access. We will explain the remedy and its effect on the subscription. Outside legal rights, our initial refund promise and our commitments for service changes or discontinuation, we do not normally refund unused time simply because you stop using an annual or monthly plan. This does not limit any additional renewal or cancellation rights under applicable law.

Account email or order reference (if available): ____. Signature (only if on paper): ____. Date: ____. You do not have to use this form or explain why you are withdrawing. If you lack account access, reasonable checks may be needed to locate and protect your payment, but an on-time notice is still recorded when received.
6. Separate providers and policy versions
Model-provider subscriptions, API usage and other third-party purchases are separate contracts; contact those suppliers about their charges. Changes to this policy will not remove rights attached to an existing payment or mandatory rights. See the Terms for our complaints process and remedies if we change or discontinue a paid service.
