Invite friends programme terms

1. About the programme
Invite friends is run by Sourceweave Ltd, company number 17416212, registered in England and Wales. These terms apply with the Sourceweave Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. If these terms and the Terms and Conditions disagree about the programme, these terms apply. Contact support@sourceweave.app with any question.
2. Who can invite
You can invite friends while you have a paid Sourceweave subscription that is active. Each eligible account gets one personal invite link and code, shown on the account page and in the desktop app. Access given without payment, such as a complimentary or administrator-granted account, does not include an invite link. The programme is for inviting people you know. It is not an affiliate, reseller or advertising programme.
3. Who can be invited
A friend is a person who has never had a Sourceweave subscription. They must use your link or enter your code before they pay for their first subscription. Each person can be invited once, by one person, and the first valid invite they use is the one that counts. You cannot invite yourself, and one person may not use several accounts to invite themselves. Subscriptions can only be bought in the countries listed at checkout.
4. What your friend gets
Your friend gets 20% off their first payment, on either the monthly or the annual plan. The discount applies once. From the second payment the subscription renews at the normal price shown at checkout. The discounted first payment and the renewal price are shown before your friend pays. The discount cannot be combined with another Sourceweave offer. If more than one offer is available, we apply the single offer that saves your friend the most in their first twelve months.
5. What you get
You earn one free month for each friend who subscribes and pays, up to 12 free months in any twelve-month period. On a monthly plan a free month is 100% off your next invoice, one invoice per free month. On an annual plan each free month is one twelfth off your next renewal. A free month is a discount on a future Sourceweave invoice. It has no cash value and cannot be paid out, transferred, sold or exchanged. It does not reduce a payment you have already made.
6. When a free month is granted
A free month is granted 30 days after your friend's first payment, as long as that payment has not been refunded, withdrawn or disputed. We email you when your friend subscribes, when the free month is granted and when it has been applied to an invoice. We may hold a free month for a short review where our checks suggest the invite does not follow these terms.
7. Using and losing free months
A free month is applied automatically to your next invoice. If you have no active subscription when it is granted, we keep it for you and apply it when you subscribe again. An unused free month expires 12 months after it is granted. If your friend's first payment is refunded or disputed within 60 days, the invite no longer counts. A free month you have not used is removed. A free month you have already used is set against the next free month you earn. We never charge you to take a free month back.
8. Sharing your link fairly
Share your link only with people you know and who would expect to hear from you. If you post your link in public, say clearly that you get a reward when someone subscribes with it. You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, buy advertising that uses the Sourceweave name or similar terms, post the link on coupon, deal or voucher sites, pretend to be Sourceweave, or make misleading claims about the product or the offer.
9. Misuse
We may withhold or remove free months, switch off an invite code and end an account's part in the programme where we reasonably believe these terms were broken. This includes self-invites, fake or duplicate accounts, temporary email addresses, sharing a payment card between inviter and friend, and payments made only to earn a reward and then refunded. We will tell you what we did and why unless the law or security prevents it. You can ask support to review a decision. This does not affect your paid subscription or your statutory rights.
10. Your friend's privacy
You see how many friends joined and how many free months you have. We never show you who joined, their name or their email address. We do not send invitation emails for you. You decide who receives your link. The Privacy Policy explains what we record to run the programme.
11. Changes and ending the programme
We may change or end the programme. We will give at least 30 days' notice on this page before a change that reduces rewards or before the programme ends, unless a shorter period is needed to stop fraud or to follow the law. A free month already granted stays valid under the terms that applied when it was granted, and an invite claimed before the change keeps its discount if your friend subscribes within 30 days of the notice.
12. Law
English and Welsh law governs these terms. If you are a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
